Safetyflex unique ram raid security barriers are ideal for use in the protection of business properties such as industrial warehouses and depots including segregation areas for plant machinery. The ease of fitting and removal also make them ideally suited for High street retail shops providing a strong visible deterrent along with unrivalled strength to ensure that the property is always kept safe.

When in place the barrier is designed to open and lock like a gate with the use of a special H/D hinge allowing for quick and easy authorised access. The use of a single safety flex post in the centre of the door way also being an alternative. Both options can be employed whenever needed in a matter of minutes.

How it works

Safetyflex’s unique ram raid security barriers are made from heavy duty spring steel. With a steel box concreted into the ground with a lid fitted so that it can be used as and when needed this bar is easily dropped into place. The unique long life spring system provides a heavy duty flexibility that will withstand extreme force from a high impact collision. When a vehicle is driven into the barrier the bar will flex and take the force of the impact, the vehicle will literally bounce off and the spring post will return to its original position.
